We provide the platform, setup, and branding. You bring your training content such as videos, PDFs, presentations, or SCORM packages. If you need course creation support, we can offer it as an additional service.

Is Fauna Academy built on Moodle?

Yes. Fauna Academy is built on Moodle, a widely trusted learning platform used globally. We manage hosting, setup, branding, and support so you get a professional solution without the complexity.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can use your existing domain or a subdomain such as academy.yourcompany.com. If you do not have a domain, we can provide a Fauna subdomain for fast delivery.

What does “go live in 2 business days” mean?

After you subscribe and submit your onboarding details (logo, colors, and domain preference), we will set up your academy and deliver access. Delivery timelines may vary for complex customizations or special requirements.

What support is included?

All plans include email support Monday to Friday during business hours (Eastern Time). First response is provided within one business day. Premium Support is available as an add-on for faster response times.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee when requested within seven days of purchase. For fully branded deployments or custom work already delivered, refunds may not apply. Please review the Terms of Service for details.
